| Warranty | I had really high hopes for this device. The device itself feels really cheap as well as the touchscreen. When I got it, i connected it to my wifi and it worked great. We didn’t have any problems. It understood our English perfectly, but when we tried to speak Spanish, and we are far from fluent, it got every translation wrong. I took it into Mexico yesterday. We were about 2 miles from the border. The device had perfect single strength. It only worked 1 out of 10 times. It kept saying NO MATCH FOUND. It wouldn’t even translate hello or anything. I’ve packed it up and sending it back today. Definitely not worth $280. Not even worth $10. I am very disappointed it didn’t work at all in Mexico (Tijuana). Guess we are sticking with Google Translate on our iPhones (which always works and is free) |
