The improved controls ALONE justify the extra cost.The new model fits well, is just as compact, has excellent sound quality (better than the others at a similar price point), and it gives you more control capabilities than the original. Additionally, the touch controls are clearly located in a way so that if you need to adjust the headphones you won’t accidentally affect the call or music.The old headphones are good with sound, durability, and comfort, along with being delightfully compact. Overall, pretty good. However, on the old model, the touch controls were aggravating and made it VERY easy to accidentally hang up on a phone call or pause/skip a track in your music during ANY adjustment of the headphones.Get the TB200 model. Also, I suggest getting white or bright colored earbuds. Eventually, as with all earbuds, they will fall out of your ears at night into the grass…somehow. That’s not when you want to be looking for black ear buds. |
